What You’ll Need
You don’t need much to play—comfortable athletic clothing and running shoes are enough to get started. For the best experience, we recommend bringing:
- Cleats (generally soccer cleats will do)
- A light shirt and a dark shirt
- A filled water bottle and snacks
- Sunscreen and bugspray in the summer
- Layers for cooler weather in the fall and winter
