Come out to Burnaby Lake this summer for our new Hat League this summer! Come chuck some discs, get some fun cardio in, and make new friends!
For "hat" leagues, players are assigned to teams as if their names were drawn from a hat, and teams are balanced to ensure the games are fun and competitive. The 5v5 format is fast-paced and maximizes playing time for all. Come make new friends with this great community!
Playing info for 2026
- Format: Hat league with 5v5 format.
- Two games to 21 points each night.
- Duration: 14 weeks from May 8 to August 7.
- Schedule: Friday evenings from 6:00pm–8:00pm
- Location: Burnaby Lakes East Field #8
- Age: 19+, or 17+ with parental consent.
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including 2SLGBTQIA+ and transgender
