This is a mixed-gender developmental team for players aged 9-13. It is meant to introduce the sport to elementary school students looking to try something new or to improve their skills and develop their passion for the sport of Ultimate in a non-competitive environment.

All players must attend tryouts as we build our Touring and Regional teams based on skill level and experience. Teams are formed shortly after tryouts. All players must register online before they are permitted to participate in the tryout.

Momentum Club is the perfect place for high school ultimate players (ages 13-19) to build skills, gain confidence, and stay in the game—without the pressure of tryouts. Designed for athletes with some Ultimate experience (like a high school season), this mixed-gender developmental program helps players sharpen their fundamentals, grow their tactical knowledge, and play in a fun, supportive environment.

We're excited to offer this program for 9-13 year-olds! Our U14 program is created and delivered in a way that teaches kids the foundational skills for ultimate with the main goal of having fun and building confidence. 

A great mix of drills, activities and scrimmages for players aged 13 to 15! All levels welcome! This weekly co-ed program will teach new techniques and strategies from expert instructors in a fun and welcoming environment. This skills series focus' on fun, basics and developing basics for a player that is currently interested in playing recreationally for fun.

These 5-day programs are designed for beginner and intermediate players. Our experienced coaches teach through a variety of fun games and drills. Kids will leave our camps with new valuable skills, and an undeniable love for this sport!

Touring and Regional teams will be formed after tryouts at the start of the summer season. All players must register online before they are permitted to participate in the tryout.

Only teams that have already received or are scheduled to receive fields from the VUL during 2025 should be registering for this program.

The VUL Adult Beginner Club is a  new program aimed at beginner level players who are looking to improve their skills and knowledge of Ultimate in general and the VUL specifically over a full season (15-weeks).  Unlike our Clinics and Boot Camps, the Beginner Club is a longer-term program that will help supplement players existing game experience with regular practices with an experienced coach.

This brand new option in the Summer is a way for Women-Matching (WM) players of all levels to play together in a fun and inclusive environment.  This is a half-season league that ends before Summer Vacation for schools starts.
