Have you played for less than two years and are looking to improve your skills and strategies? Or perhaps, you're new to ultimate and eager to learn? 
 

This 6-week camp will accelerate your skills development, understanding of the game and offensive and defensive techniques.

The intermediate Boot Camp targets players with 2+ years of experience, but no experience playing club Ultimate.  This boot camp focuses on technical skill development and strategy analysis. It includes a significant scrimmage component.

Our annual spring 5v5 tournament.  The level of play is generally between high-level recreational (VUL League Teams) and high level competitive (Touring Teams).

This Tournament is played over 2 days and is only available for fully formed teams.  No Hat options available.

Only teams that have already received or are scheduled to receive fields from the VUL during 2025 should be registering for this program.

With Royals Mixed in 2025, you’ll represent Richmond on the world stage as we compete at the Canadian Ultimate Championships in Edmonton, and at the Pan American Ultimate Championships in Punta Cana. The summer season runs from April to August, including tryouts, practices, and tournaments. Practices are three nights weekly in Richmond. For more information visit our Royals webpage.

One of the largest Ultimate Leagues in the world.  Teams will generally play 2 games a night on a chosen day of the week each week.  Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs options.  Each day of the week has a full range of level of play from complete beginners to world-class players.

All games are considered "Mixed", which means that teams must supply a roughly equal balance of male-matching and female-matching players.

Team and individual registration is accepted and all registration is First-Come First-Serve, with some nights of play filling up quickly.

The Summer League in Surrey is a 7v7 full-field standard league run at City of Surrey fields, so you don't have to commute all the way to Jericho Park for your games.

Games are played on Sunday evenings with multiple divisions of play so that players of all skill levels can find competitive games.
