Registration opens on 06th December 2024!

Our U14 Ultimate program is created and delivered in a way that teaches young players the foundational skills of any Ultimate player. Agility, balance, and coordination are a focus of what we teach here at the VUL, but our primary goal is always to have fun! 

We run basic drills, activities and games that are fun and functional. Players will learn from experienced instructors.

Given sufficient registration numbers the program will be split into female-matching and male-matching players. Each group will get a chance to play with each other throughout the program as we work through the various skills and games.

Optional: We have the opportunity to take a boys’ and/or girls’ team to the Middle School division of the Seven Hills tournament in Seattle (1st & 2nd of March 2025) – see here for the information about the 2025 edition.

We will make a decision about attending the tournament depending on registrations and availability. The additional touring fee will be around $400, including accommodation, travel, insurance and tournament fee. The fee will be finalized in early February.

Program Information for 2025

• Format: A co-ed skills development program with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
• Duration: 2hrs per session, January 26th to March 16th, 2025 (8 weeks)
  (no session scheduled for February 16, 2025 due to Family Day weekend)
• Days and Times: Sundays, 7pm-9pm
• Locations: Andy Livingston (West)
• Age: Age 9 to 13 years as of December 31st of the ongoing year. However, we will consider younger kids joining on a case-by-case basis.
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender.
• Equipment needed: Water bottle, Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND light t-shirt.

• Single - $200.00 (Camp fee only)
• Seven Hills Fee - (usually around $400, register your interest during registration)

Fees includes applicable taxes and VUL membership.

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens. 
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer. 
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
