Get started with Ultimate this Fall! Our U14 camps are inclusive and fun for all experience levels, and a great opportunity to learn new skills and make new friends. In a non-competitive environment, our experienced instructors will share basic throws, catches, gameplay systems, and sportsmanship through drills, games, and small scrimmages.

Program Information for 2024

• Format: A co-ed skills development program with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
• Duration: September 14 to November 23, 2024, excluding Thanksgiving Day weekend. (10 sessions)
• Locations & Times: Saturdays 10–12pm at Brighouse Elementary
• Age: 10-14 years old (as of December 31st of the ongoing year)
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome.

Important Dates for 2024

Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND white t-shirt, or order one online during registration.

$150.00 (including GST)

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens. 
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer. 
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
