This program is intended for high school players seeking to build their skills and in-game IQ. The first hour of each session will consist of explanations and drills focusing on a specific in-game scenario. The second hour will then focus on 4v4 scrimmages, giving players the opportunity to immediately apply the skills they have learned. Additionally, coaches will join the scrimmages to model the details of what they have taught and teach important on-field skills like leadership and communication.

Program Information for 2024

• Format: An Open and Women's development program with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Locations & Times: Andy Livingston E - 12:00pm to 2:00pm (Saturdays)
• Age: 14-18 years old (as of December 31st of the ongoing year)
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome.

Important Dates for 2024

Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND white t-shirt, or order one online during registration.

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens. 
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer. 
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
