Join this standard 5-on-5 league in Richmond! Experience the best of Ultimate this fall: cardio, tons of touches, playing with friends, or making new ones! With 5-on-5, you'll develop your throws and game sense thanks to constant involvement and quick transitions. Sign up with your existing VUL team or join a new one under the crisp fall air in Richmond!
Playing Info for 2025
- Format: Standard league with 5-on-5 rules. Doubleheaders (60min games to 26pts)
- Duration: 12 weeks from September 7th to November 23rd
- Timeslot: Sundays 7:15pm–9:30pm
- Location: Richmond High
- Age: 19+, or 17+ with parental consent
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender

2025 Fees
Fees include GST, VUL Membership, and VUL Capital Levy.

*Team fees are due by September 3. There is a $100 deposit payable during registration to secure your spot.
Joining this League
There are three different ways to play in this league:
- Register a team. Register your new or existing VUL team to play and pay as a group. Teams must have 10 players, but we recommend at least 12. Find additional players on Matchmaker.
- Register for placement as a single, duo, or trio. If space permits, we'll build teams of free agents. Duo's or Trio's must have at least one women-matching player. Not everyone is guaranteed placement.
- Post on Matchmaker. Post your availability to get picked up by an existing team in need of players.
