Winter 2026 program information has been updated now.
U19 Momentum Skills Series – Learn Through Play (Beginner to Intermediate Level)
This winter program is for high school athletes who want to build confidence, improve their fundamentals, and learn the game in a fun, supportive setting. Whether you’ve played a bit before or are just starting to take ultimate more seriously, this series will help you grow your skills and understanding of the sport.
Each session includes a mix of focused teaching, hands-on drills, and lots of game play. In the first hour, coaches introduce a key skill or game situation like cutting, marking, or throwing to space and break it down step by step with fun, guided activities.
The second hour features small-sided scrimmages where athletes can experiment, make plays, and try out what they’ve learned in real game settings.
Our experienced coaches are right on the field, offering tips, encouragement, and quick feedback to help each player feel successful. The focus is on improvement, teamwork, and developing game sense through play—not perfection.
This is a great program for U19 athletes who want to improve at their own pace, make new friends, and enjoy the game in a positive, low-pressure environment.
👀 New This Winter
We’re adding more fun ways to celebrate the season! Expect photo and video highlights throughout the program so athletes and families can relive the best moments.
