Our U14 Ultimate program is created and delivered in a way that teaches young players the foundational skills of any Ultimate player. Agility, balance, coordination, and spirit of the game are a focus of what we teach here at the Canyon, but our primary goal is always to have fun!

We run basic drills, activities and games that are fun and functional. Players will learn from experienced instructors. All players are grouped based on their skill level. They will get a chance to play with each other throughout the program as we work through the various skills and games.

You can take $10 off each by signing up as a duo!
Feel free to reach out to your friends/siblings who may be interested to join and mention their name (upto 1) during the registration sign up steps so that both of you can get the discount on your individual sign ups.

Program Information for 2025

• Format:  A co-ed skills development program with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
• Duration: January 18 to March 15, 2025 (9 week)

• Timeslot: Saturdays - 6.30pm to 8.30pm (tentative and can change if we get better field options)

• Schedule:  2 hrs per session
• Location: Kirkstone Turf (tentative and can change if we get better field options)
• Age: Age 10 to 14 years as of December 31st of the ongoing year. However, we will consider younger kids joining on a case-by-case basis.
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender.
• Equipment needed: Water bottle, Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND light t-shirt.

 Fees for 2025

• Single - $150.00 (including GST)
  Get $10 off to sign-up one of your friends/siblings for the same program, please mention their name during registration and both of you will receive the $10 discount on your individual fees.

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens. 
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer. 
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
