For those looking to partake in weekly scrimmages, be sure to sign up for pick-up ultimate! Pick-up is a great way to get extra playtime, meet new friends, and play in a low stress environment. Game formats will vary week-to-week so it’s always something fresh!
Playing Info
- Format: Pick up league weekly scrimmages with varying format
- Duration: May 31–August 16 (12 weeks)
- Timeslot: Fridays at 5:00–7:00pm
- Schedule: 2hrs per session
- Location: Hugo Ray Park
- Age: Adults and Youth aged between 15 to 18 years as of December 31st of the ongoing year.
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender.
- Equipment needed: Water bottle, Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND light t-shirt.

Adult Player (19+yrs) – $35.00
Youth Player (15–18yrs) - $30.00
Fees include applicable taxes.
How to Register
Complete these steps to register:
- Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens.
- Registration is completed online. We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer.
- If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
- Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
