Playing Info

Playing Info for 2024

• Date: Friday, December 27, 2024
• Format: Hat Tournament (7 on 7)
  • Teams will be formed by event organizers based on self-report skill level.
  • Players registering as duos or trios must include at least one woman-matching player. 
• Duration: One day tournament 
• Schedule:
  • Games start at 10:00 a.m. 
  • Games finished at 5:00 p.m.
  • Teams will get a minimum of four games over the day

• Player Fee: $35.00

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens. 
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer. 
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens. Note that Adult pick up will show up under Adult Programs.
