On Skill Reporting

We assign leagues to divisions and build free agent teams based on self-reported skill level. When you register for leagues, we ask two simple questions:

  1. How long have you been playing ultimate?
  2. What's the highest level of ultimate you’ve played?

As of October 2025, we use these two factors to determine your skill level compared to others.

BUT, we failed to mention that we also include age in this calculation. We'd like to clarify that age is taken into account, so that a 40-year-old with touring experience is treated differently than a 20-year-old with touring experience.

Remember, our efforts only go as far as the data we receive. When registering for our leagues, please report your playing history honestly. This helps ensure a fair and enjoyable season for everyone.
