Join us in Surrey for the fast-paced 5-on-5 format that gives players lots of cardio and opportunities to touch the disc. This game format is excellent for developing throws and game skills! For "Hat" leagues, players are assigned to teams as if their names were drawn from a hat. We do our best to ensure skill levels are balanced, so games are as close as possible.
Playing Info for 2025
- Format: Hat League with 5-on-5 Rules. Doubleheader games.
- Smaller than the regular field size
- Duration: 14 weeks from September 7th to December 7th
- Timeslot: Sundays 8-10 pm.
- Location: Newton Athletic Park in Surrey
- Age: 19+, or 17+ with parental consent
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including 2SLGBTQIA+ and transgender.
