Full Rules of Ultimate
We follow USA Ultimate (USAU) 2022-23 edition rules for all our formats, with some exceptions and additions. All players must be familiar with the rules. Please note we are reviewing and updating the VUL exceptions, as some are now in alignment with the USAU Rules.
